FREE CHRISTMAS GIFT TAGS - 2013



Good afternoon,

It is Luca Day here in Hungary, a witch day with many folk traditions and superstitions, I am sure Isobelle of The Primitive Hare would love to be here today;-)  It is similar to Halloween, but the witches are dressed in all white to frighten the people.

I have started wrapping our Christmas gifts in secret, it is not easy in our house with many curious kids who are always following me everywhere;-)

I had designed a set of Christmas gift tags for them that I would like to share with you, so if you like them, please feel free to download and share them.  I have painted these little figures. Happy weekend and don't forget the 15% sale in our Etsy shop ends this Sunday.

Szép délutánt nektek, 

 Luca napja van Magyarországon, egy népi hagyományokkal és babonákkal átszőtt boszorkányos nap, biztos vagyok benne, hogy Isobelle (The Primitive Hare) imádna itt lenni most;-)  Hasonlatos ez a nap a Halloweenhez, de a banyák fehér lepelbe bújva ijesztgetik a jónépet.
Elkezdtem becsomagolni a karácsonyi ajándékainkat nagy titokban, de ez nem könnyű nálunk, ahol mindig egy csapat kíváncsi gyerek van a sarkamban.
Festettem egy karácsonyi ajándékkísérő kártya szettet nekik és szeretném veletek is megosztani.  Én festettem ezeket a kis figurákat. Ha tetszik nektek, bátran töltsétek le és osszátok meg.   Kellemes hétvégét kívánok nektek és ne felejtsétek, még vasárnap estig tart a 15%-os akció az Etsy boltban.

Joyful World - DECEMBER PATTERN

Dear Stitchers, We have arrived to the finish of my primitive cross stitch calendar, Joyful World. Tonight, before the clock hits midnight, I release the pattern of the last month, December. I am happy and sad at the same time.   Designing and creating this calendar became part of my life, almost like a job I love. According to my filofax notes, designing (in 20+ languages), stitching, photoshooting, photoshoping, pattern making, releasing, promoting this calendar needed 121 days in 10 months, mainly the evening hours. I have started releasing the first month this January in 2016 and hoped for some folks to come by and join the stich along of this calendar pattern I designed for my children.  I expected 30+ participants, most of them friends who are too nice to say no:-)   Today, November 10, 2016 there are 6.481 members in our Facebook group dedicated to this SAL.   You can guess that I am in shock for many months now.
