JOYFUL WORLD - JUNE PATTERN

My dear Readers, 

How are you doing? 

I have been away from my designing for some weeks: I am refurnishing my house, especially the crafting space.  I love how it becomes more beautiful and more like I had imagined it in my dreams.  

This big cupboard I bought for The Snowflower Diaries office. It was a brown old German cupboard that I painted.  It is still not ready - some aging and antiqueing is ahead, but I already enjoy it!

Hogy vagytok?  Néhány hétre háttérbe szorult a tervezési munkám: átalakítom a házunkat, különös tekintettel az alkotói, kreatív részekre.  Nagyon élvezem, hogy egyre szépül és egyre inkább megvalósul mindaz, amelyet elképzeltem, megálmodtam.   Ezt a böhöm nagy szekrényt a Snowflower Diaries irodájának vásároltam.  Egy barna ónémet szekrény volt, amelyet átfestettem. Még nincs kész - még kicsit öregítem, antikolom, de már most nagyon meg vagyok elégedve!

A minta már 22 nyelven fut, tiszta szerencse, hogy legalább a június 4 nyelven ugyanúgy szólt...:-)))

The SAL runs in 22 languages:-) I am glad at least in for 4 languages the name of June has been the same!

How are you doing? I spend most of my free time in the garden.  I had been to Italy last month on a needlework show, Fili Senza Tempo, I will publish a post about it, I still arranging the thousand picture I took traveling in Bologna and Modena.

FREE SUMMER PATTERN:-))

My darlings,

I enjoy and appreciate summer holiday so much after I had a car crash this month.  I celebrate small things in life much more.   I am thinking of starting the #100happydays challenge on Facebook, too.

Today I would like to give you a gift, so I designed you a lovely pattern for the summer holiday!  It is an easy stitch and it brings you the scent of sea, the summer breeze in your hair and the memory of relaxing days and walking barefoot:-)

Az ebben a hónapban történt, friss autóbalesetem után még inkább élvezem és értékelem a nyári láblógatós szabadságomat.  Sokkal jobban örülök (és észreveszem) a kis dolgokat.  Azon is gondolkodom, hogy a facebook-on elindulok a #100happydays (100 boldog nap) kihíváson. 

Ma Benneteket szeretnélek megajándékozni valamivel, ezért terveztem nektek egy aranyos kis mintát a nyári szünetre!  Egy-kettőre kihímezhető és remélhetőleg megidézi számotokra a tengeri illatát, a hajunkba kapó nyári szellő érzését és a pihenéssel, mezítláb mászkálással töltött napok emlékét.

Töltsétek le nyugodtan, szabadon felhasználható személyes (nem kereskedelmi) célra!:-)

New Design: You Are So Loved

Please welcome my latest design, You Are So Loved.

It is dedicated to the strongest and deepest love between human beings: the love between mother and child.   

The model was stitched on 40 ct French Vanilla hand dyed Zweigart Linen by Nina with her threads (Coral, Artichoke, Iris, Caramel, Ginger, Espresso and Cigar).    

It will be another free pattern if you would like to, I can upload the pattern in a couple days.

Kérlek, fogadjátok szeretettel legújabb mintámat Nagyon szeretlek címmel.   A legerősebb és legmélyebb emberi kapocsnak, az anya és a gyermeke közötti szeretetnek dedikáltam.

A modelt Nina 40 ct French Vanilla kézzel festett Zweigart lenvásznára hímeztem a fonalaival (Coral, Artichoke, Iris, Caremel, Ginger, Espresso és Cigar)

TULIPS WITH CHICK

This Easter I decorate our house in white and shades of purple with a hint of yellow here and there.   Of course ot of the million tulips I had planted in our garden during the cold autumn days none is happened to blossom in purple, but well, let's stitch some, right? :-)

My latest design is called: TULIPS WITH CHICK.   (You can check its twin pattern: Tulips With Bunny here).

I have stitched the model with Nina's Threads (with the extraordinary and amazing Punk that is only for the bravehearted stitchers, Butter Squash, Artichoke, Daffodil and Oak) and black and white DMC.  

I am the half-blood prince little white flower:-)

IN HUNGARIAN:

Idén húsvétkor fehérbe és a lila árnyalataiba öltöztetem a házunkat itt-ott némi sárgával fűszerezve. Természetesen abból az egymillió tulipánból, amelyet a hideg őszi napokon ültettem a kertünkben, egy sem bont lila szirmokat, de majd legfeljebb hímzünk párat, nem igaz? :-)

Legutóbbi mintám címe: TULIPÁNOK CSIBÉVEL  (Az ikermintáját megnézhetitek itt: Tulipánok Nyuszival címen)

A mintadarabot Nina fonalaival (a szokatlan és elképesztő, csakis bátor szívű hímzőknek való Punkkal, Butter Squash-sel, Artichoke-kal, Daffodil-lal és Oak-kal), valamint fekete és fehér DMC-vel hímeztem.  

Az apró fehér virág én vagyok:-)

THIRD DESIGN

First of all I had almost passed out how many visitors came to my little blog in the first two days! Thank you very much, I am truly honoured.  (I thought by the end of March I will have five followers, and three out of this five would be an uncle or a cousin expressing their support for the poor girl.)

My third design is called:  TULIPS WITH BUNNY.

The model was stitched on 40 ct French Vanilla hand dyed Zweigart linen by Nina with her threads (Hibiscus, Rooster Combs, Amber, Grizzly, Old Jeans) and black DMC for the eye.

Again, my friend, Tímea Tanner saved this piece from getting forgotten and lost in my drawer where I am building a pile of various stitched items waiting their good faith to become an ornament, a box cover or something nice one day.  Without her help to finish some of the items I could have written only about the weather here.

On the cover photo, under the ornament you can have a peek of one of my sketch books.   Maybe I will show you one day my desk where paintings and brushes live together with needles and threads in peaceful, beautiful mess.  I did not burn any calories while making this cover photo as I did not have to get up from my chair.

Először is majdnem elájultam, hány látogató érkezett kis blogomra az első két napon! Nagyon szépen köszönöm, tényleg megtiszteltetés.  (Úgy gondoltam, hogy március végére már lesz öt követőm, de ebből az ötből három tutira nagybácsi vagy unokatestvér, hogy támogassák már csóró csajszikámat)

A harmadik minta címe: Tulipánok nyuszival.

A mintadarabot Nina 40 ct-os kézi festésű, French Vanilla Zweigart lenjére hímeztem a fonalaival (Hibiscus, Rooster Combs, Amber, Grizzly, Old Jeans), a szemet pedig fekete DMC-vel.   

Most is barátnőm, Tanner Timi mentette meg a hímzést az enyészettől,  hogy elvesszen a fiókom mélyén, ahol  kupacot építek a különböző kihímzett dolgokból, melyek jobb sorsukra várnak, hogy egy szép napon dísz vagy doboztető vagy valami szép lesz belőlük.   A segítsége nélkül itt most legfeljebb az időjárásról tudnék értekezni. 

A borítóképen a dísz alatt megleshetitek az egyik vázlatfüzetemet.  Talán egy nap megmutatom nektek az íróasztalomat, ahol festmények és ecsetek élnek élettársi közösségben tűkkel és fonalakkal egy békés és szépséges rumliban.  Nem sok kalóriát égettem a borítókép elkészítése közben, mert még a székemből sem keltem fel. 

SECOND DESIGN

I designed and stitched these lovely bunnies in winter when it was freezing January outside.   I love seasonal designs so much, because they give me another excuse to redecorate the house which I practice a lot.  

The title of this first spring design is: Spring Bunny Love.  

The model was stitched on 40 count "French Vanilla" Zweigart hand dyed linen by Nina with her 

threads: Daffodil, Amber, Rooster Combs, Grizzly, Hibiscus, Nutmeg and black DMC.  

My dear friend, Tímea Tanner was so kind and finished it as an egg ornament I can hang anywhere. The ribbon is hand dyed 'Petal' Pure Silk Ribbon by Nina.   I hope you will like it, Easter is on the way!:-)

Ezeket a kedves nyuszikat akkor terveztem és hímeztem ki télen, amikor a januári fagy tombolt.  Nagyon szeretem a szezonális mintákat, mert egy újabb mentség arra, miért is kell átrendezni a házat, amelyet elég gyakran elkövetek. 

Első tavaszi mintám címe: Tavaszi nyuszi szerelem.   

A mintadarabot Nina 40 countos "French Vanilla" kézzel festett Zweigart lenvásznára hímeztem a fonalaival: Daffodil, Amber, Rooster Combs, Grizzly, Hibiscus, Nutmeg, illetve fekete DMC-vel. 

Jó barátnőm, Tanner Tímea volt olyan kedves, hogy tojás alakú dísszé varrta nekem, amelyet bárhova kiakaszthatok.  A szalag Nina Petal elnevezésű selyemszalagja.  Remélem, elnyeri tetszéseteket, nyakunkon a húsvét!:)
